Virtual Staging for your Vacant Real Estate Listings?

Real Estate Photography should be created by a Professional Real Estate Photographer.  For some reason, Realtors shout about how important it is to hire a professional when it comes to Buying or Selling a property.  Why is it Realtors think they are being a professional by doing their own Real Estate Photography.  If you are trying to save a few dollars by doing your own Real Estate Photography.  You should take your own advice and hire a Professional Real Estate Photographer who will help you and your clients with Buying or Selling Real Estate Photography.

This also goes for property managers who are marketing properties for rent.  Whether it’s a VRBO, Airbnb, Vacation Rental, Long-term Rental, or Timeshare Property.  At the end of the day, Professional Photography is going to make you more money.

Below are “real” property images from Real Estate Agents and Realtors from around the country.  Yes, these are extreme looking images.  However, one trait I do see is dark images.  Most Real Estate Agents, Realtors and Property Managers images are dark, the rooms look small, and the verticle/horizontal lines do not match up.  When your images have these challenges, most people are not going to take the time to click to learn more.

Do yourself and your clients a favor and be the professional you seek to become.  If you want others to view you as a professional, then you need to hire pr0fessional services to build a strong client base.

Enjoy the images, and don’t forget to share this with your associates who are in the business.

30+ years as a photographer, a Realtor in my past life, and FAA Certified Drone Pilot! I've been a photographer since my Senior year in High School. I've made my living with my camera for 30 years. Yes, I've worked in different professions which have served me well in my photography career. I broke my neck when I was 21 years old and at the very least should be a quadriplegic. This experience has made me look at the world in a different light. The glass is always full, it's always sunny, and EVERYTHING is possible. I live my life with passion and love to share with others my knowledge of photography. I also love to share my passion on how to build a business, and how to manage your mind when life challenges you. I believe that my life experiences can help you and your business grow. But, how to have success in life as well. Paul Maynard from Colorful Colorado www.PaulMaynard.com www.ColorfulVirtualTours.com www.Facebook.com/PaulMaynardPhotography www.RPaulMaynard.com
